Cancellations and Refunds
We guarantee that our students, subscribers and attendees will be 100% satisfied with our products and programs should they experience them in entirety. Satisfaction is defined as the buyers' or Attendees' belief that we have delivered on what we have promised in promoting our products and programs based on our registration site(s).
If buyers are not satisfied and they notify us in the manner described herein, we will refund their 100% of their monies.
In a case where they are not thoroughly satisfied with any products they have purchased, that should be duly communicated to us via email@example.com and they will be fully reimbursed.
All receipts for such expenses must be submitted to firstname.lastname@example.org
Participants who are not satisfied with the Seminar must, at the immediate conclusion of the Seminar, verbally notify one of our staff members of their dissatisfaction. Unsatisfied Attendees must also turn in all of their course materials as well as their personal notes taken from the seminar.
In some cases an Unsatisfied Attendee may be asked to submit a letter explaining their reasons for dissatisfaction. Any reimbursements will be made within 30 days of the event. All reimbursements are at the sole discretion of the Promoter and all Promoter decisions are final and binding. Any statements of dissatisfaction or requests for refunds received after 24 hours of the event will not qualify for this guarantee.
